For medical science, the evidence based medicine serves as the 鈥瀏olden standard鈥?for the effectiveness of a therapy form. Due to an increase of academics in osteopathy within the past years it is questionable if such a course of studies is directly applicable to ostopathy or if a differentiated study approach would be neccessary to actually show the effectiveness of an osteopathy treatment.
