Thermal pattern reconstruction of freeform surface using eddy current pulsed thermography. Electromagnetic field and thermal distribution are analysed through multiphysics simulation for induction coil and propeller. Segment heating scanning and thermal image stitching applied for profiling surface condition of entire propeller freeform surface.
