We focused on dental segmentation from X-ray images. A novel semi-supervised fuzzy clustering with spatial constraints was shown. It was experimentally validated on a real dataset of Hanoi Medical University. It had better accuracy than other relevant methods. The most appropriate parameters and a dental segmentation software were designed.
