Different hepatic protein expression profiles between unexposed and glyphosate-based herbicide (GBH) exposed fish. Hepatotoxicity induced by GBH is mediated by changes in the cytoskeleton and energy metabolism, tissue damage and cell death. Early-warning biomarkers for GBH toxicity were proposed. Poecilia reticulata is important model for monitor herbicide impact in freshwater environment.
