Inducible dimerization enriched cargo proteins within extracellular vesicles (EV). Farnesylation surpassed LAMP-1 fusion proteins for the EV packing. Extracellular vesicles were able to deliver TALE regulators to mammalian cells. TALE mediated transcriptional activation was achieved by designed EV.
