Field measurements were conducted on prestressed bridges during construction. Immediate and time-dependent deflections of in-span hinges were estimated. Substantial differences between the field and theoretical data were observed. The differences were quantified and sources were identified. The primary source of the difference is the assumption of boundary conditions.
