RGO nanosheets are dispersed in water stably viaing CNFs and MMT. Nanocomposite films with unique microstructure are prepared by vacuum filtration. RGO and MMT improve the thermal and fire-retardant performance. The nanocomposite films have high dielectric constant and low dielectric loss.
