134Cs induced by the Fukushima NPP accident was measured in vegetation in Lithuania. The 134Cs activity ranged from 0.21 to 2.45 Bq kg− 1, d.w. Tree stumps were used as the standardization tool of the contaminant accumulation in plants. The following 134Cs accumulation coefficient was determined: litter > moss > grass.
