128 DLC genes were identified in 15 plant species and divided into 8 groups. The gene structure, motif composition, genetic variation, recombination, and selection pressure were analyzed. The expression of rice and Arabidopsis DLC genes was investigated during development or under abiotic stresses and phytohormone treatments. Functional network exhibited 123 physical and functional interactions.
