Direct and indirect effects on the soybean aphid natural biocontrol are evaluated. Direct effects include the effects of natural enemies and spatial context. Indirect effects include the effect of the spatial context on the natural enemies. Both natural enemies and spatial context have major effects on the natural biocontrol. A high functional diversity was associated with a better natural biocontrol.
