The FgPLC1 deletion mutant reduces conidium germination and glycogen accumulation. Deletion of FgPLC1 reduces the virulence of F. graminearum and DON production. Deletion of FgPLC1 reduces the phosphorylation of mitogen-activated protein kinase.
