Optimal condition for fabricating superhydrophobic copper surfaces with controlled oxidation and modification processes

Superhydrophobic copper surfaces are prepared using oxidation and modification with a low surface energy material. Effects of oxidation and modification parameters are studied and the optimal process is systemically evaluated. The CA of optimal surface reaches up 161.1°, and its SA reduces to 2.2° and keeps unchanged even after 45 days against air.
