There are sex differences in the gut microbiome of Siberian hamsters. Antibiotic treatment alters the gut microbiome in Siberian hamsters. Two antibiotic treatments decrease male aggression but not other social behaviors. One antibiotic treatment decreases female aggression but not other social behaviors.
