Mesoporous titania surfaces were produced under high intensity ultrasound treatment. Mesoporous titania surfaces show high wettability and surface roughness. Surface roughness and wettability can be tuned by changing ultrasonic parameters. Mesoporous titania surfaces show high biocompatibility with preosteoblast cell line.
