Objectives. We have used the technique of ileocecocystoplasty with a cutaneous continent catheterizable limb to incorporate native bladder into the urinary reservoir to treat patients with functional and anatomic bladder disorders. This review was performed to evaluate the outcome of the first 8 patients who underwent this procedure.
