Chitosan based hydrazone linked pH responsive copolymer are synthesized. Hydrazone linked chitosan copolymer based polymeric nanoparticles are fabricated. Polymeric nanoparticles have pH dependent degradation and drug release properties. The ligand attached polymeric nanoparticles shows efficient targeted drug delivery.
