Structural features of Roneparstat (SST0001) have been determined at the first time.
Its structural features relevant for binding with proteins have been summarized.
Internal sequences as well as end groups of SST0001 have been characterized.
Combination of SEC-TDA, NMR and LC/MS, are required for SST0001 detailed analysis.
The obtained results provide criteria for structural characterization of SST0001.
