BIM-integrated Querying method for LandXML and IFC is proposed based on the BIM linkage model (BLM). Object types and a simple query language are required for object queries using BLM. A complex query was tested and evaluated using the BLM-based prototype. Executing an integrated query for information from heterogeneous models is possible.
