The interaction energies of AAILs were obtained by calculation at MP2/6-311G ++(2d, p). Many factors influencing solubility of AAILs in common solvents were researched. The influences of temperature and structure on the bio-solubility were discussed. The dissolution ability of AAILs could be predicted by theoretical calculation.
