Effect of reaction temperature on ultrasound synthesis was studied. Particles obtained at 90 °C were non-homogeneous. Scorodite particles synthesized at 90 °C was smaller than that at 70 °C. Ultrasound oxidation contributed to scorodite synthesis at low temperature.
