The Dadaoshan Sn mineralization and related granite formed at ca. 153 Ma. Late Jurassic Sn mineralization also occurred in the SE China coastal area. The granite is fractionated I-type granite and produced from partial melting of crust. Both the granite and the mineralization formed in an extensional setting.
