1H NMR and U-HPLC/Q-TOF-MS were applied to analyze changes of GPLs in RAW264.7 cells.

1H NMR could be used as a new screening tool for the metabolic profiling of GPLs.

19 GPLs were firstly identified compared with our previous study by U-HPLC/Q-TOF-MS.

Ten potential biomarkers were proved by U-HPLC/Q-TOF-MS coupled to chemometrics.

PC (16:0/18:1) and (18:0/18:1) may be important biomarkers due to consistent change.
