High values of sedimentary organic carbon and nitrogen were observed in summer. Surface sediments in Tokyo Bay were dominated by marine derived organic matter which was estimated by Bayesian mixing model. The most amount of terrestrial POC was deposited and degraded in Tokyo Bay before being discharged to the open ocean.
