Wave-driven device to counteract anoxia at the bottom sea, called OXYFLUX, is presented as well as the adopted numerical model and settings.

Grid sensitivity analysis and validation procedure by means of heave decay test comparison are proposed.

Analysis of non-linear effects are carried out through the numerical wave tank tests.

Average induced water flow velocity is measured and compared with the physical results.

Heave response is measured and compared with the physical results.
