Targeting PEDV spike protein domains to Langerin-expressing dendritic cells through a single chain antibody. Transdermal Langerin-targeting of PEDV S antigen significantly enhanced CD4 T cell immunity. Systemic Langerin-targeting of PEDV S antigen significantly augmented serum IgG and IgA responses.
