The organic system improved the visual quality of raw and fresh-cut cima di rapa. Respiration activity and weight losses were reduced in organic cima di rapa. High off-odors resulted in the 14-days stored organic cima di rapa. Cultivation systems did not affect Vitamin C, total phenols, antioxidant capacity. The GNL, GBN and GNA were the most abundant glucosinolates in cima di rapa.
