Surfaces with gradient LPSR were produced by low pressure magnetron sputtering. LPSR gradients were achieved by movable mask placed between magnetron and substrate. The slope of the LPSR gradient may be tailored by the speed of the mask. The LPSR may be tuned by additional deposition of Ag over gradient silver array.
