The integration of the Triple Bottom Line in machining is in emerging development. The sustainable paradigms determine an increase in complexity for machining engineering. The current goal is achieve a unified global index for sustainable machining design. Machining Engineering has to find a global framework that considers the sustainable dimensions equally.
