The structural, magnetic and magnetotransport properties of Fe3O4 films were investigated.

Film structure represents a (001) texture.

Dominant carrier transport mechanism in the films is thermoactivated tunneling.

Shape of the MR field dependences indicates spin-dependent transport.

The spin-dependent transport occurs across Fe3O4 grains and antiphase boundaries.
