In a two-period supply chain model with reference price effect on demand function. Under same wholesale price as well as dynamic setting for both the selling periods. Establish four different decision strategies under manufacturer-Stackelberg game. Previous period’s selling prices are high the demand of the product becomes high. The responsive pricing outperforms the pre-announced pricing strategy.
