Derivatives of FTY720, F1-12h and F2-9 were designed, synthesized, characterized. Beneficial effects were determined in SH-SY5Y, SK-N-SH, and U-118 MG cell lines. F1-12h may be more effective for the treatment of MS in contrast to FTY720.
