Temporal variability of atmospheric Total Gaseous Mercury and its correlation with meteorological parameters at a high-altitude station of the South India
Atmospheric Total Gaseous Mercury (TGM) was studied for the first time at a high altitude region in India. The temporal variation in atmospheric TGM was significant. The annual mean TGM concentration recorded in the study area was lower than that of the northern hemisphere. Atmospheric Total Gaseous Mercury concentrations were strongly regulated by micrometeorological parameters.
