A CAD-FEM-QSA integrated method to analyse the gear meshing stiffness was proposed. TVMS of gear pair can be demonstrated by the proposed method. Stiffness of hand-over region can be examined by the proposed method. Tooth relief and misalignment of gear pair should be strictly controlled.
