Application of response surface methodology for air assisted-dispersive liquid- liquid microextraction of deoxynivalenol in rice samples prior to HPLC-DAD analysis and comparison with solid phase extraction cleanup
A new air assisted-dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (AA-DLLME) was applied for determination of deoxynivalenol (DON). In the optimization step, response surface methodology was utilized as a design of experiment method. The method was applied for determination of DON in rice samples. AA-DLLME was compared with SPE cleanup.
