Covalent organic framework-1 modified magnetic nanoparticles were synthesized. Bio-inspired polydopamine method was used to immobilize COF-1. The sorbent exhibited high extraction efficiency towards paclitaxel. The method was applied to analysis of paclitaxel in rat plasma samples. The proposed method possessed a wide linear range and low LOD.
