Many forcing agents contribute to radiative forcing (RF) driving climate change. Including all forcing agents in climate policy requires their consistent pricing. Social Cost of Forcing (SCF) is the value of damage caused by a marginal unit of RF. SCF is a fundamental price that can be used to derive prices for all forcing agents. These prices are consistent in cost-benefit-analysis.
