Population aging and urbanization highlight the role of neighborhoods for older adult mobility. Mobility Over Varied Environments Scale (MOVES) measures multiple mobility domains. Mobility was patterned by individual sociodemographic, living, and health characteristics. Respondents living in more walkable neighborhoods had higher mobility scores (MOVES). Results diminish after accounting for individual sociodemographic characteristics.
