First ΔH°f measurements of monazite solid solutions by HT drop solution calorimetry. These values allowed for determination of the enthalpies of mixing. The obtained results indicate good miscibility of the solutions. The data allow for the validation of the existing thermodynamic models. Results confirm the stability of monazite-type ceramics.
