A thermomechanical model for powder co-injection moulding process was proposed. The melt front and interface between the core/skin feedstocks were predicted. The thickness of core feedstock on the longitudinal direction could be predicted. The simulations were in good accordance with the experimental results. This model was able to predict the pressure filed and temperature field.
