MIBG scintigraphy was firstly performed in Chinese population to discriminate PD from MSA or ET. Provided more evidence supporting MIBG scintigraphy was helpful in diagnosis of PD, with good sensitivity and specificity. The comparison among patients with PD, MSA or ET helps improve the diagnostic value of MIBG scintigraphy.
