Cognitive impairment is common in persons with Multiple Sclerosis. MRI would be a useful biomarker for cognitive impairment as it used frequently in clinical practice. This study examined simple MRI measures and cognition in persons with MS. Larger bicaudate width was associated with impaired immediate recall. Smaller corpus callosum measures were associated with impairment in several domains.
