Surface hydrophilization and ionization, pore enlargement occurred. The decreased filtration efficiency and retention ability of aged membrane. The interaction between HA and aged PSF membrane was changed. Aged PSF membrane experienced severe pore block fouling. PC, PV and PR can serve as indicators of membrane performance and fouling types.
