Absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion (ADME) genetic variants were studied in hematopoietic cell transplant recipients on immunosuppression using a panel covering >99% of the PharmaADME working group list.

Absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion variants may influence drug levels and concentration/dose ratios of tacrolimus/sirolimus, as well as incidence of clinical acute graft-versus-host disease.
