PAH emissions from H-MSW combustion and H-MSW/coal co-combustion were investigated. Compared to MSW, less PAHs were generated from H-MSW combustion. Interactions occurred between H-MSW and coal during co-combustion. The interactions suppressed PAHs formation and reduced the toxicity of PAHs.
