Novel one-step synthesis of Ag-polypyrrole nanocomposite using in-situ oxidation. pTSA doped Ag-Ppy can selectively detect NO2 with 68% response at 100 ppm. The Nanocomposite exhibits improved sensitivity and response & recovery times. 5 ppm NO2 can be selectively detected with 21% response.
