Folic acid and trastuzumab conjugated redox responsive random multiblock copolymeric nanocarriers for breast cancer therapy: In-vitro and in-vivo studies
Redox responsive polymeric nanoparticles were developed for cancer therapeutics. High drug loading content of ∼22% was achieved with the polymeric nanoparticles. In-vitro studies in cancer cell lines showed significantly enhanced cellular uptake. In-vivo studies revealed 91% tumor regression in Ehrlich ascites tumor.
