Bradycardia that is not accompanied by hypertension or bradypnea is speculated as an early event of increased ICP compressing the brainstem. Follow-up should be strictly closely observed during conservative treatment. A bradycardia alone, in acute traumatic SDH patient as modality to evaluate the patient’s condition for surgery.
