Study of luminescent behavior and crystal defects of different MNa[PO4]-Dy3+ phosphors (M = Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba)
文摘
Different MNa[PO4]-Dy3+, where M = Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba phosphors were fabricated via chemical combustion method. Influence of different alkaline metal ions on the luminescent properties of MNa[PO4]-Dy3+ was discussed. Kubelka–Munk function analysis has been performed. Prepared phosphors emit warm white light with better CIE and lower CCT over previous reports. Among all the prepared samples, CaNa[PO4]-Dy3+ and SrNa[PO4] -Dy3+ phosphors can be act as a promising materials for NUV based w-LEDs.
