Tripropylamine has been exploited as new efficient coreactant of luminol.
Sensitive detection of both luminol and tripropylamine is achieved.
Tripropylamine is better in terms of stability, sensitivity, and linear range.
Tripropylamine is an attractive alternative to H2O2 for luminol ECL bioanalysis.
