A piezoelectric impact-induced vibration cantilever energy was presented. An experimental system for piezoelectric impact-induced vibration cantilever beam was proposed to imitate the proposed piezoelectric harvester for speed bump. Characteristics of the output electric energy for the proposed energy harvester were analyzed and summarized. A low-power power management circuit was designed to improve the efficiency of speed bump harvester. A wake-up circuit and sleep mode were proposed to use in the discontinues output energy harvesting system.
